Research Use Only

All products sold on this website are intended strictly for in vitro research purposes. They are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

By placing an order, you affirm that you are a qualified researcher and that all purchased compounds will be used solely for legitimate scientific research. You agree to sign and be bound by the Research Use Acknowledgment presented at checkout.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or purchase products. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not located in a jurisdiction where the purchase of research compounds is prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed by a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe violates our terms, involves fraudulent activity, or cannot be fulfilled due to product availability.

Subscriptions

Certain products are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the agreed interval until you cancel.

• You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting support before the next billing cycle.
• Cancellations received after billing has processed for a given period will not result in a refund for that period.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days’ written notice.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping terms, delivery timelines, and our return policy are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, incorporated by reference into these Terms. All sales of research compounds are final.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site including text, images, logos, product names, and design is the exclusive property of Cre8tive Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this site or our products for any of the following:

• Human or animal consumption or administration
• Resale to individuals who will use compounds for non-research purposes
• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempting to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Making false or misleading claims about our products in any medium

Products are sold “as is” for research purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, or results of research use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cre8tive Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cre8tive Labs and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of any product, or breach of applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes
