Research Use Agreement & Terms

1. Parties and Scope
This Research Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Cre8tive Labs LLC (“Supplier”) and the individual or entity placing an order (“Purchaser”). By completing a purchase, Purchaser agrees to all terms set forth herein.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Cre8tive Labs LLC are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, analytical chemistry, and preclinical scientific investigation. No product is intended, labeled, or sold for use in humans or animals. No product constitutes a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device as defined under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
3. Purchaser Eligibility
By placing an order, Purchaser represents and warrants that they:
- Are at least 21 years of age.
- Are a qualified research professional, scientist, graduate student, laboratory technician, or otherwise engaged in legitimate scientific research.
- Possess the appropriate credentials, facilities, and legal authorization to handle the purchased compounds in their jurisdiction.
- Will use all purchased materials exclusively for lawful research purposes.
4. Not Evaluated by the FDA
The products sold by Cre8tive Labs LLC have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements on this website are not intended as medical claims.
5. Not a Compounding Pharmacy
Cre8tive Labs LLC is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Cre8tive Labs LLC is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
6. Compliance with Applicable Laws
Purchaser is solely responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and institutional policies governing the acquisition, possession, storage, handling, and use of research compounds in their jurisdiction. Cre8tive Labs LLC makes no representation that any product is legal to purchase or use in any specific jurisdiction.
7. Handling and Safety
Research compounds must be handled by trained professionals using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), in accordance with standard laboratory safety protocols and applicable Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines. Purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe storage, handling, and disposal of all purchased materials.
8. No Resale for Human Consumption
Purchaser agrees not to resell, relabel, reformulate, or redistribute any product for intended human or veterinary consumption, or for any purpose other than qualified laboratory research.
9. Intellectual Property
Purchase of a product does not convey any license under any patent, copyright, or other intellectual property right. Cre8tive Labs LLC retains all rights to proprietary formulations, labeling, and documentation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cre8tive Labs LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, or use of any product. Purchaser assumes all risk associated with the handling and use of research compounds.
Cre8tive Labs LLC expressly disclaims liability for any misuse of products, including but not limited to human or animal consumption, improper handling, or use outside the scope of qualified research activities.
11. Indemnification
Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cre8tive Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including attorney’s fees) arising from Purchaser’s misuse of any product or breach of this Agreement.
12. Acknowledgment of IP and Timestamp Logging
By placing an order, Purchaser’s IP address, timestamp, and order details are recorded as evidence of agreement to these Research Use Terms. This log is maintained for compliance purposes.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
14. Amendments
Cre8tive Labs LLC reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website and placement of orders following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
