01 — PROCESSING & METHODS

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before our daily cutoff on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) are processed and shipped same day
  • Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships

Shipping Methods

  • Standard: 2–5 Business Days
  • Expedited: 2 Business Days
  • Overnight: Next Business Day (where available)

All orders ship from our US-based facility. Carrier selection at checkout; pricing based on order weight and destination.

02 — PRODUCT INTEGRITY

Cold Chain & Product Integrity

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptide products are stable at room temperature prior to reconstitution and do not require cold-chain shipping. Products are packaged to maintain integrity in transit.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you have concerns about product condition.

03 — LIABILITY

Risk of Loss & Jurisdiction

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after carrier acceptance.

Jurisdiction Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring products are legal to purchase, receive, and possess in your jurisdiction. We do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are prohibited.

04 — RETURNS

Returns & Refunds Policy

General Policy

Due to the nature of research-grade chemical products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for products received in satisfactory condition.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

  • Damaged in transit — Product arrived visibly damaged or compromised
  • Incorrect product shipped — You received a different product than ordered
  • Defective product — Product fails to meet purity specifications stated on the COA

How to Submit a Claim

Contact support@cre8tivelabs.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We respond within 2–3 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Products that have been opened, used, or reconstituted (except verified defects)
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Clearance or final sale items
05 — CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations & Refund Processing

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have shipped. Contact support@cre8tivelabs.com immediately with your order number. Once shipped, standard returns policy applies.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
